Finding the perfect barefoot sandal can be a challenge, but I’ve put together a list of my favourites to make it easier for you. A true barefoot sandal should be foot-shaped, flat, flexible, and have a thin sole—while also staying securely attached to your feet.
Many barefoot sandals feature a toe post, but there are plenty of great options with straps across the toes as well. This list is primarily focused on women’s sandals, though I’ve included some men’s options below. If you’re looking for children’s sandals, stay tuned—a separate post is coming soon!
